You are so right about the scale of the shake-up that is needed. There is so much more to accessibility than just code, even if code is the raw material of all of our computers' operating systems, programs and websites. The most important "accessibility" is having the people who are capable of sorting the mess out, within reach of those who will benefit from their doing so. Will keep in touch.
